At SLJ Official, we follow a supplier-based policy. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

📦 Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The product arrives damaged

The product is defective

An incorrect product is delivered

Missing items in the package

⚠️ Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind by the customer

Incorrect size or color selected by the customer

Courier or shipping delays

Damage caused by normal wear and use

Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

📌 Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Clear photo or video proof is required.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following situations:

Damaged or defective products

Incorrect or incomplete product delivery

Order cancellation before shipment

✔ After refund approval:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable
